Eligible Student:

Whilst studying the Certificate III in Music Industry (Sound Production) qualification, you will be taught a number of important skills and techniques to hone your live, and studio performance skills.  This includes effective practice techniques for your instrument and/or voice, how to maintain and repair your instrument and/or voice and how to achieve a good tone.  

Improvisation skills and techniques are also developed within this qualification, showing students how to write melodies and solos on their instrument, in a range of different styles, using a range of different techniques.  Students will have the opportunity to work in a number of group situations with their peers, to prepare for performances, write and record original songs.

We also help you prepare for performances, develop your stagecraft skills, how to prepare for the studio, develop a range of song and lyric writing techniques, and much more.  Our lecturers and producers will help you develop into a professional musician and be there to guide you and give you expert advice every step of the way.
